Shipping


Here is a breakdown of our policies:

 SHIPPING POLICY

  • We ship worldwide!
  • If you place multiple orders, we may combine them.
  • Estimated shipping times vary by location, but typically will arrive within 3-5 business days anywhere in the US.
  • Oversized items due to their size, cannot be shipped free. See pricing for individual items at checkout.


Order Processing Time 

  • Please allow 1 business day for processing and handling. Shipping days are Monday-Saturday. Orders cannot be shipped on Sundays or holidays.
  • Tracking will always be provided when available. We will always opt for the option with tracking if possible.
  • Oversized items may take an additional 1-3 days to process.
  • Although we do our best to stock all items shown on our site, occasionally we do run out. In this case, you will be notified within 1-2 business business days of placing your order.

Oversized Items

Due to their size and/or weight the following items are excluded from any free shipping offer. 

  • Surfboards,  Pickup will be at Airlines Cargo facility.
  • Skateboards
  • Boardbags

 

 

Now shipping surfboards nationwide!!!

Shipping surfboards to your nearest airport that Delta or Hawaiian fly to directly.  Sorry, no layover flights for boards.

Please contact us if the shipping cost is incorrect at checkout.

 

Shipping includes:

  • Surfboard box
  • Packing material
  • Packing
  • Airport delivery

All surfboard sales final:  Boards are available to purchase online, Used boards are in all kinds of conditions.  Feel free to call the shop to get more info on a board you are about to purchase.  While pictures are great to see the overall condition of a board you cannot see how it really looks without looking at it in person.

Shipping Damage

Although damage when shipping a surfboard is rare, it does occur. Please be sure to inspect your package thoroughly BEFORE you sign for it. If damage to the package is obvious upon delivery be sure to make a claim with the shipper.  Take multiple pictures of the box BEFORE you open it.
