A closer look at the Wood Spider EX7 Deck - 8.25. Opera treats a deck the way its name suggests - a performance of one. One rider, one line, one trick attempted alone and landed in front of everyone. The graphic gallery changes season to season; the press underneath does not. It rides under Trey Wood's name - a pro model from the Opera team.
Under the graphic it is the EX7 press: 7-ply North American maple bonded with epoxy glue, individually pressed. EX7 stands for Epoxy 7 - the same construction lineage as the R7 (Resin 7) mark you will see on newer boards as the family transitions back to the original name. Same wood, same press, different chapter of the story.
